SEC Recruitment: Quality Control Director

Your responsabilities:

*You manage the Quality control department organized in three teams: Raw Materials and Environment, Microbiology and Biochemistry
*You provide an expertise in analytical tools development, validation and stability studies to match customer's and regulatory authorities' requirement
*You are the quality control representative during regulatory authorities inspection and customers audits
*You ensure adequate personal and equipment resources to support quality control activities in ongoing and future projects
*You monitor project activities in your department and ensure a proper coordination with the other departments
*You monitor the department's performance, improve the quality management system and work efficiency
*You plan the yearly department budget and monitor status during the year
*You maintain a state-of-the-art Quality Control platform through the development of new competences and technologies
*You establish and communicate the department's objectives within the frame and the business goals of the Business Unit
*You are responsible for the safety of your department members

Your profile:

Scientific background in Protein Biochemistry or equivalent experience in the field of biologicals quality control
4-6 years of experience in the Biotech or Pharma Industry
5 years of management experience
EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills in French and English
Team spirit and strong communication skills
Autonomous and flexible.
Organized and conscientious
Passionate and enthusiastic
