The German Supreme Court upholds law restrictive GM crop (AFP)
Berlin (AFP) – the German Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld two-year-old strong restrictions on the placing on the market in accordance with the law of the environment of genetically modified plants use, saying, it protected the public against the dangers of technology.
