This role will be critical is building the foundation and creating the value in Software Talent branding, selection tools, and sourcing techniques.
Some of the efforts this position will lead will include the development of a comprehensive employment branding strategy that spans the organization, across businesses and international regions. This role will partner heavily with Talent Management team, in building standard prove-it exercises and technical assessment panels. A large area of focus for this role will be to develop a rich and deep pipeline of software talent within the regions, in order to accelerate our time-to-fill metrics with these sought after candidates.

Position Overview:

The Life Platform TA Leaders are a small, strategic, powerful team within the Talent Center of Expertise that works closely with platform and functional HR and business leaders to ensure we design and deploy integrated talent management solutions across the enterprise to ensure talent is a source of competitive advantage for Life.

The TA Lead will be the primary partner for the Business HR Lead in setting long range Workforce and People Planning Strategies and implementing them effectively across all Talent Acquisition Segments - including Recruiting, Early Talent Deployment (University Relations), and Diversity.

Principle Accountabilities:

People Planning Thought Leadership
• Provide strategic direction with market and organizational insights to build people and workforce strategies, including demand prediction; assessment of external competitor talent strategies; links and integration points with other Platforms/Functions talent initiatives and corporate requirements.
• Support HR and Business Leaders in designing the integrated people strategy, aligned with Life's broader Employee Value Proposition.
• Lead strategic projects for the Talent COE that provide or streamline existing tools and processes to improve the quality of talent decisions.
• Maintain strategic relationships with academic, consulting and industry peers with leading practices, acting as an in-house expert to shape and guide out thinking and people strategy in the Talent COE.

People Strategy Deployment
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deploy integrated people strategies, including recruitment, learning & development (e.g. interview training), coaching, diversity and talent management. Seek connections to other parts of the Talent, Benefit, Compensation and Mergers Acquisition and Divestitures COE for specific expertise.
• Develop and lead talent management projects (related to recruitment and retention) initiatives required to achieve overall strategy.

Talent Management, Placement and Deployment and Talent Access - Identify and get to know key talent across Life.
• Platform Talent Succession - Working with HR and Business leaders, co-lead the process for internal/external talent identification.
• Platform Talent Reviews â€" Partner with and help influence standards for and monitor Annual Talent Reviews; provide specific expertise for identification of key positions and talent assessment.

Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or applicable field.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Technology or Business

• Global experience and demonstrated cultural competence; demonstrated track record of promoting an inclusive environment
• • Skilled with data and analysis; results focused and objective in using people information and analysis to help Life perform better.
• Relentless recruiter and developer of talent for the organization
• Excellent influencer, connector and facilitator within our matrix environment; demonstrated track record of influencing at senior executive levels
• Ability to stand alone/challenge status quo, as well as engage in candid discussion/debate
• Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Given the global scope, this position requires travel up to 25%
