KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Quality Assurance Trainer your responsibilities will be broad and evolving based upon changes in GxP guidelines and will involved:
1. Support development, delivery and continuous improvement of an orientation program for new starters as well as to take the lead in designing, developing and delivering GMP core training modules for the site
2. Deliver training in the format best-suited to learning (classroom lecture, web-based training, hands-on technical training, etc.), maintain and establish employee training binders and design and develop training material for the site.
3. Trained as SAP administrator to manage employee training requirements in addition to data entry responsibilities, resolve data integrity and troubleshooting issues with site SAP Administrator and provide guidance and serve as a point of contact for employee questions and area training coordinators.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful as the Quality Assurance Trainer we are looking to identify the following on application:
1. Experiencing in developing and conducting successful training is required, though this may have only made up a part of a previous role. Such experience must have been from a GMP environment (ideally GxP).
2. Excellent communication skills and Database familiarity is essentially with the ability to Ability to work in team and solo capacity with proven examples of excellent organisational & planning skills
3. Although not essential those with a degree in a relevant life sciences discipline (i.e. biochemistry) as well as the experience listed above would be highly desirable.
