Agenda Resource Management: Junior Quality Assurance Lead (ARM 1571)
Our client is a leading provider of essential, pre-clinical and non-clinical conÂtract research, research models, animal diets, and services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, agrochemical, and chemical industries, as well as universities, government, and other research organizations. Their focus is on providing customers with products and services to optimize the discovery and safety of new medicines and compounds. Â An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Quality Assurance Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will perform responsibilities, as assigned, in order to effectively support manufacturing and quality in achieving compliance to quality and animal health standards, company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements.
Basic Requirements
- Proven 2 years experience working in Quality Assurance required; preferred background in biological sciences, animal science, or biological manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with quality systems management required, i.e. TrackWise®
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
- Excellent English language skills, multi-lingual preferred.
- Some travel between sites will be required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work as part of the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and policies and procedures, and ensure appropriate improvements to established policies and procedures.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team on corrective action, process improvement, and auditing projects.
- Perform supply chain audits, process audits and lead ISO audits to ensure the quality management system is operating effectively.
- Apply rigorous problem solving methodology including Pareto and root cause analysis to situations where data suggest standardization is not operating effectively or variability exceeds expectations.
- Provide Quality oversight for the complaint management process, root cause investigations, CAPA management, and process change control.
- Track and trend performance of quality systems and prepare and present as requested in the absence of the Quality Lead status reports for key performance indicators to management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuous quality improvement
