Due to vast growth, an exciting new position has opened for a German / German speaking Domain Specialist to join a global software provider of data management and analytics solutions. You will become part of a team with deep domain knowledge, the ability to provide robust solutions to increase efficiency and improve scientific productivity to R&D organisations worldwide.

To start with, the successful applicant for this Domain Specialist role will have around 8 weeks training at the UK headquarters, and will then be home based in Germany until the Munich office is fully operational.

As a Consultant, Domain Specialist you will be heavily involved in customer facing throughout the entire process, starting with early discussions to understand business objectives (pre/post sales), from a technical and commercial perspective, and working with them to explain the company solution and how it can fit their needs. You will also be involved in the following:

*Providing technical expertise
*Deploying and configuring the solution i.e database administration, application installation, integration with other systems
*Liaising with stakeholders to manage expectations and address risks
*Delivery of end user training as required
*Maintaining customer relationships and identifying new ways for the company to add value to businesses

It is essential for candidates to speak fluent German and English, and have 2-4 years experience in a similar role within a scientific software environment.
