HRS Hyper Recruitment Solutions: Global QMS Systems Manager

We are currently looking for a Global QMS Systems Manager to join a leading Life Sciences company based in the Berkshire area. This is a exciting permanent opportunity taking responsibility for a global company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) with a user base of more then 11,000 members.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties of the Global QMS Systems Manager will be varied with an example of some of these being:

1. Ensure that our client's Global QMS is managed, implemented, and kept under validation control on a global basis. You will conduct roll-out projects and projects for modified and new functionalities of the system. Act as the Business Project Manager in such projects on a global basis.

2. Act as the link between IT QA and the TrackWise user basis. Act as a conduit between the IT groups responsible for technical modification and operation of the system and the users of the system while actively participating in the collection and formulation of new or changed user requirements.

3. Coordinate the different ongoing global QMS projects and ensure their timely and efficient completion. Defend, or assist in defending, the validation of the TrackWise system during regulatory inspections and ensure the global QMS validation document package is up to date and managed in an efficient and effective way.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful as the Global QMS Systems Manager we are looking to identity the following on application and without this such applications cannot be considered:

1. BSc, MSc or equivalent in life sciences and/or computer science (strong computer skills required) with proven experience in Quality Management, Quality Studies from a GMP compliant organisation (Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology).

2. Expertise in  IT, IT Systems Validation and its application to GMP processes e.g. manufacturing process, laboratory and business systems with expertise in auditing computerized systems and/or GMP operations is expected.

3. Recent experience at a managerial level for the QA responsibility for approving validation plans, protocols and reports relating to GMP processes as well as technical knowledge or experience of TrackWise and other QMS.
