My client is a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Germany with specialist therapeutic areas including of oncology, cardio metabolic and neurology.

A highly exciting newly created opportunity is now available for a Regional Head of Market Access & Pricing. The key purpose of this position is to develop and implement successful market access and pricing strategies in the regions.

Responsibilities
*Assures regional functional excellence, drives delivery execution and ensure effective best practice for market access and pricing functions
*Adapt to the region the strategic market access plans per franchise
*Lead the process to secure pricing band setting and approvals
*Support and guide countries to achieve and maintain optimal price and reimbursement status
*Engage in supporting the global franchise teams in the decision making process of the brands strategies
*Team builder to ensure close collaboration and teamwork environment
*Contribute to business plans for each product
*Share best practice with global, regional and local teams
*Travel throughout Europe and Canada

Requirements
*MBA and or Science degree
*Extensive experience of European market access gained within a pharmaceutical company
*Previous experience working within marketed products
*Highly strategic
*Strong leadership skills and ambition
*Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
