Research Scientist - Histology

We are currently seeking to recruit a Research Scientist to work in our Cambridge, UK facility. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in biochemistry or similar biological science or be a skilled technician with experience in this area.  Primary responsibilities will be to perform general histology including  immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridisation to support our metabolism and inflammation therapeutic areas. Previous in vivo experience or experience with general molecular biology/biochemistry would be an advantage.

Candidates must be highly motivated, flexible scientists with the ability to multi-task. Good interpersonal skills are also essential as you will be working closely with other members of key drug discovery programmes and with scientists from other disciplines/global research sites in support of our research projects.
