Head of Microbiology

Role:

* You manage the entire Microbiology Unit
* You are responsible for the lab and all equipment - this includes validation
* You will represent the Microbiology unit to the authorities - previous experience with particularly FDA strongly preferred
* You will not only be responsible for the daily organisation of the team but also career progression and perfomance monitoring

Requirements:

* Scientific degree (preferably including microbiology)
* Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microbiology unit
* Leadership experience
* Previous work experience under GMP conditions is a must - only industry applications please
* cleanroom / sterility experience strongly preferred
* Fluent English, German preferred but not a definite requirement
