Micronisation Project Manager-Pharma-Dartford-£40k-£50k-Perm

My client an expanding pharmaceutical company based in Dartford are seeking a Micronisation Project Manager. Responsible for customer account management for the micronisation and also other project management responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Manage all aspects of client projects under their responsibility.

2.Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

3.Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Assurance Policy.

MAIN DUTIES:

1.Direct accountability for the overall success of their client projects.

2.Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to ensure delivery of the project on time with complete customer satisfaction.

3.Work closely with client on a regular basis to ensure projects progress with open
communication.

4.Generate, review and agree on Statement of Work for each Project

5.Stand-in for other members of Project Management in their absence.

6.Routine and regular, direct client contact for technical issues and project management.

7.Assist in the production scheduling to ensure new projects are planned and processed as agreed with the BDM's, clients and internal requirements.

8.Liaise with Production Team on the progress of a micronisation project and assist/help if required in resolving micronisation technical challenges

9.Attend production planning meetings.

10.Get all information related to a Project ready on time for Production

11.Liaison with US colleagues

12.Generate process validation documentation and process reports.

13.Host and attend teleconferences, client site meetings.

14.In general terms, the Project Manager will perform the above mentioned duties, along with any other specific duties, as assigned by the Project Manager.

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

1.Maintain high quality of service for our clients.

2.Ensure new projects are done on time.

3.Efficiency of project management and customer satisfaction.

4.Achievement of project management objectives.

5.Customer Satisfaction annual questionnaire
