HRS Hyper Recruitment Solutions: Biologics Pipeline Manager - Mandarin Speaker

We have an exciting new position for a Mandarin Speaking Biologics Pipeline Manager to join a leading Biotechnology company based in the Cambridgeshire area. The successful Biologics Pipeline Manager will be responsible for coordinating the requirements of the UK based Product Managers with the Product Manufacturing facility in Hangzhou. The Pipeline Manager will be responsible for tracking projects at all stages and reporting to stakeholders. This role involves some travel to China.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful Biologics Pipeline Manager will be responsible for:

1. Working with the product management team and strategic initiative managers to understand the key requirements of all new products, as well as working with the design specialists to coordinate project planning.

2. Working with the production managers in Hangzhou, China to understand detail of processes and production capacity, along with coordinating product initiation and production in Hangzhou in line with Production Targets and pipeine capacity.

3. Tracking projects at all stages, reporting to stakeholders, leading QC processes in collaboration with the Hangzhou and marketing team, as well as playing an active role in optimising the pipeline processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

The successful Biologics Pipeline Manager needs to have:

1. Fluent language abilities in both Mandarin and English

2. A Biological Sciences Degree and experience in Project Coordination.

3. Laboratory experience working with antibodies.

Salmonella spreads by targeting cells in our gut, study shows
