HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT - ALTERNATIVE PROTEINS

A Head of Development is required to drive the development of innovative alternative proteins, using cross -disciplinary specialists, which result in winning commercial propositions. This may be through the acquisition of new technologies or in-house development.

The key to success will be in identifying the "winning" opportunity and developing it to ensure that it adds value to our client's portfolio.

Therefore this is a senior R & D role with a bias towards commercialisation.

Leadership and project management skills are required.  Experience in the protein industry is desirable along with a PhD in an appropriate field such as nutrition.

The rewards will be negotiable and will be commensurate with the seniority of this important and commercially sensitive position.

This is a permanent role ideally located in the midlands but this is not essential.
