KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful Business Development Director will be responsible for a range of duties including:
1. Selling all company services to a wide range of both new and existing clients across the Pharmaceutical industry in central Europe.
2. Gathering, developing and reporting on business intelligence and then feeding that information back to relevant areas. Writing and presenting business plans, organising pricing structures as well as representing the company at conferences and trade exhibitions.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful as the Business Development Director will are looking for applications from people who can demonstrate the following on their CV:
1. Must be able to speak fluent German and be confident interacting with prospective and current clients in both German and English. The ideal person would be based out of Germany.
2. Ideally holds a degree in a relevant scientific discipline (i.e Biological sciences / equivalent industry experience) and must have proven experience selling services into the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry. Those with prior experience from a CRO company would take priority over others.
