Graduate DMPK Scientist - Oxfordshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate DMPK Scientist to join a leading biotech based in Oxfordshire on a 1 year fixed term contract. As a company their focus is on discovering and developing an innovative range of drugs for a variety of therapeutic areas from oncology to neuroscience. As leaders in the field of drug development and alliances with other key players in the pharma and biotech industry it is an ideal time to be joining them.

As a DMPK Scientist you will be responsible for a range of DMPK experiments within the DMPK Team. You will be expected to meet project deadlines, prepare reports, present data and work with other scientists within the company and group to achieve these deadlines. Other aspects will include presenting your work at technical meetings and department meetings.

To be considered for this role candidates must be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific subject and have a drug metabolism or chemistry background. This educational background will be coupled with experience in a DMPK lab/research field and ideally in vitro DMPK assays. Your experience will have be gained in either a placement in industry or as part of your degree projects.
